Setting up Several Distinct IP-Address Restricted Folders on Same Server

I have an Apache Web Server (version 2.2.12) running on a Windows XP machine that has a static IP address behind a university LAN firewall. I have configured a *.conf file for the "\\windows root\XAMPPList\htdocs" folder. I want to provide IP-address-based restricted access to four different subfolders just below the HTDOCS level, wherein each subfolder would be accessible directly (not through the HTDOCS folder level itself) for machines with the allowed IP addresses, and for no other subfolders. Do I need to create a separate *.conf file for each of these subfolders, with the subfolder address listed in the associated *.conf file, or can this be done all within a single *.conf file? I am pasting below a copy of the file that currently is located in the CONF folder and directs any computer attempting access to the server's IP address, which comes from one of the permitted IP addresses, to the "index.html" file in the HTDOCS folder. I am not an experienced Apache user (I had someone set this server up for me but that person is no longer available to answer questions like this).

<Directory "C:/xampplite/htdocs">
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from 67.139.114.170 98.245.112.87

</Directory>

 This file is called "paradigm.conf".

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me about this.
